Terms of Sales

1. Object

The purpose of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter "CGV") is to define the conditions under which the company Imprimons l'Impossible, located at 49 Quai Georges Gorse 92100 Boulogne Billancourt, France (hereinafter "the Seller") sells and delivers products to its customers (hereinafter "the Buyer").

2. Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros and all taxes included (TTC). They are firm and cannot be revised during their period of validity indicated on the Seller's website, except in the event of a typographical error.

Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order and are payable by the Buyer.

3. Order

The Buyer can order the products on the Seller's website. To place an order, the Buyer must create an account on the Seller's website and complete an order form providing their personal and delivery details, as well as their means of payment.

The order is validated by acceptance of payment by the secure payment center.

The Seller undertakes to confirm the order by e-mail to the Buyer within 24 working hours.

4. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering.

Delivery times are indicated on the Seller's website.

In the event of late delivery, the Buyer is informed by e-mail by the Seller.

5. Return and refund

Digital file orders are non-refundable.

The Buyer has a deadline of 7 days following receipt of the file to contact us.

The Seller can replace the file to the Buyer within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the email.

6. Warranty

The products are guaranteed by the Seller for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers defects in conformity and hidden defects.

The Buyer can invoke the guarantee by contacting the Seller by e-mail or by telephone.

7. Termination

The Seller reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of non-payment by the Buyer or in the event of violation by the Buyer of these General Terms and Conditions.

8. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions or their execution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
